Which shipping company do you work with for international orders?

We work with different express shipping companies for each country. Once your order has been shipped, we will share the updated tracking details with you.

 

Who is responsible for customs duties and additional fees on international orders?

As Mayovera Moda Tasarım, we carefully prepare your products for international shipments and deliver them to your address through the relevant shipping company.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or similar additional charges may apply according to the customs legislation of the destination country. These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the recipient's country and/or the carrier shipping company.

Mayovera Moda Tasarım is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, storage fees, handling fees, or similar additional costs that may arise in the destination country. All such additional charges belong to the buyer.

During customs procedures, the relevant authorities may request the invoice, proof of payment, product information, or order amount. In such cases, the order value and required information may be shared with the relevant institutions for official processing.

Our international customers are deemed to have accepted that they are responsible for any customs duties and additional fees that may arise in their country upon placing an order.
