What is your return policy?
The legal return period for the products you have purchased from our online store is 14 business days. Unused, delivered in full, the package is not damaged, the label is on the barcode; All products you send us with the invoice are refunded.
Products sent by different cargo companies other than Domestic Cargo companies with buyer payment or products sent by taping the product bag without being placed in the cargo bag are not accepted for return.
Can I return and exchange the product I bought from the discount?
You can only exchange and return the size of the orders given from special discounts and campaigns. No exchange is made with a different product.
In limited campaigns, all products are refunded when returned. When some of the products are returned to disrupt the campaign, the remaining product will be calculated at the non-campaign price (non-discounted price).
For example, to participate in the 100 USD discount campaign over 1000 USD, you bought 2 products and bought them at a discount by exceeding 1000 USD. But you wanted to return the 2nd product. Your discount right will be canceled and you will keep the 1st product at the non-discounted price. The product you return will be calculated in this way and the money will be refunded.
How do I return it?
You can fill out the "Return and Exchange Form" in the package, pack it together with the invoice without damaging the product and go to the nearest Cargo branch.
Cargo return fee is your responsibility.
When the cargo reaches us, your payment will be refunded to your credit card or paypal account if the product is intact.

I used the product but I am not satisfied, I want to return it and get my money?
The return conditions for used textile products are very clear;
Products with technical and production defects are examined after they reach us, and the return process is carried out by us as quickly as possible.
However, if there is no production defect, returns are not accepted on the grounds that I only wore it for 3-5 days, it did not suit me, I did not like it, my wife did not like it, I was not satisfied, it was not what I expected, etc. Nowhere in the world are textile products returned after use.
We kindly request you to use our products in accordance with the "instructions for use". Instructions for use are delivered to you in the package with the products.
In addition, ordering by taking into account your personal sensitivities allows you to use our products with peace of mind. Please evaluate the details such as light colors, short skirt length, narrow patterns and place your order. We will not accept your request to return used products for issues that have not been evaluated beforehand.
